Job Description:

This cardiac surgery RN position offers an engaging opportunity to independently scrub and circulate in a busy CVOR setting. The role involves performing two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts each week, with the chance to experience complex cardiac procedures firsthand. Expect to be integral to surgical teams during high-stakes operations, managing equipment and assisting with surgical flow. The assignment is especially suited for experienced cardiac RNs comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, staying on top of certifications like ACLS and BLS, and navigating on-call responsibilities including evening and overnight calls.
