Job Description:

Join our team as an RN in the Emergency Department at Wilson Medical Center, located just outside Raleigh in North Carolina. In this role, you'll be providing vital care to a diverse patient population—including adults and all ages—handling cases like respiratory distress, overdose, CHF, dialysis, and hypertension. The assignment features 12-hour night shifts, offering a unique chance to experience the overnight rhythm of this busy ED. With a focus on teamwork and adaptability, you'll enjoy a chance to make a real difference while working in a well-equipped, fast-paced environment. This contract offers 36 guaranteed hours per week for a duration of 13 weeks, with every other weekend worked. The ED is staffed with GE monitors and standard equipment, and uses Meditech EHR, providing a familiar setting for experienced nurses. Experience in emergency settings and the ability to stay positive and engaged are essential.
