Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in a small critical access hospital located in Pahala, Hawaii. You will be stepping into a versatile role where RN coverage spans all areas of the facility, including emergency, acute, and long-term care. The shift structure involves six 12-hour night shifts over a two-week period, with every third weekend off. During quieter times in the ER, you'll have the chance to lend a hand in the acute and LTC areas, providing a well-rounded experience of hospital nursing workflows. Passing meds and performing procedures for diverse patient populations are key aspects of your role. Expect to work in a setting that keeps you active and engaged, with hours that may vary. A Hawaii license is required before start, and prior ER experience of at least two years is essential to excel here.
