Job Description:

This LVN/LPN contract role offers a chance to work across multiple specialized units within a long-term care setting. As a float nurse, you'll switch between households, subacute rehab, and various long-term care units, including patients with dementia, post-operative needs, and chronic respiratory conditions. The shift is overnight, providing a quieter atmosphere for focused patient management during the night hours. This assignment is ideal for those experienced in handling complex care needs, exhibiting strong organization, and adaptable skills to match the varied patient populations you'll serve.
