Job Description:

Join the emergency department team at this community hospital in Lee's Summit, Missouri, for an engaging travel RN contract. As an ER Registered Nurse, you'll be vital during mid-shift hours, providing care in a fast-paced, combined adult and pediatric emergency setting. You'll manage a variety of clinical scenarios—ranging from pediatric emergencies like asthma attacks and seizures to adult crises such as strokes and respiratory failures—while utilizing your skills in IV therapy, airway management, and cardiac monitoring. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a STEMI and stroke-certified facility, with the flexibility to float across all SLHS Metro EDs as needed. Expect to face challenging cases with confidence, supported by your certifications in BLS, NIHSS, ACLS, and PALS, as you deliver professional, high-quality emergency care.
