Job Description:

Join a community hospital as an MRI technologist specializing in radiology and cardiology imaging. You will perform a variety of MRI scans including abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, musculoskeletal, spine, and chest, utilizing GE 1.5T scanners. Your role involves preparing patients, administering contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, and executing specialized imaging procedures like MRA, MRV, and MIP. This assignment offers a chance to work in adult acute care and outpatient settings, with some exposure to anesthesia cases, but no biopsies or invasive procedures. Sharpen your skills in image post-processing and work with state-of-the-art equipment like GE and Phillips scanners, all while following protocols for safety and precision.
