Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment places you in a Level 1 trauma facility where you will be working on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a focus on acute care for adult patients. The role involves managing complex patient conditions, including insulin protocols, heparin drips, and potentially cardiac drips, within a team that can operate at a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio. You'll experience a demanding yet rewarding environment spanning 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your critical care skills and work alongside seasoned professionals. The setting offers a chance to test your adaptability and expertise in a fast-paced hospital atmosphere, making each shift both challenging and engaging.
