Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team in Rapid City, where you'll manage complex patient cases on a 39-bed unit divided into multiple pods. This contract offers the opportunity to work with surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma patients, including diagnoses like ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, and heavy trauma cases. The shift is 12-hour days, and you'll be concluding your workweek with 48 hours over 13 weeks. Expect a mix of high-acuity patients requiring vigilant assessment and intervention, all within a supportive team including charge nurses, resource nurses, and 24/7 respiratory therapy.
