Job Description:

This PICU RN position at a renowned children's hospital offers a focused opportunity to work within a dedicated pediatric intensive care unit. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will provide critical care to young patients battling complex conditions, often involving cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and tracheostomy care. Your expertise will be essential in managing a 1:2+ patient ratio across a 19-bed unit, with the chance to float to other pediatric units such as NICU or general pediatrics if needed. The role involves night shifts, with a commitment of 36 hours weekly over a 13-week assignment, emphasizing your specialized skills in pediatric critical care.
