Job Description:

Join a Level III Trauma Center in Grafton, WI, for a 12-hour night shift as an RN in the Emergency Department. This fast-paced role involves managing an average of 60 patients daily, including neonates through geriatrics, with a focus on higher acuity ESI Level 2-3 cases. You will perform PIV starts, interpret cardiac rhythms, administer vasopressors and TPA, and utilize Epic for charting. With support from a charge nurse, RTs, hospitalists, and pharmacy staff available 24/7, you'll have the resources needed to deliver quality care. Experience with Epic and relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC are required. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to work in a bustling ED setting with a collaborative team, alongside a comprehensive orientation and a flexible schedule that includes every-other weekend rotation and seasonal holiday shifts.
