Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU/PCU hybrid unit in Olathe, Kansas, where you'll be rotating through critical care and progressive care settings. This 12-hour night shift assignment offers you the chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient mix including neuro, spine, cardiac, medical, and surgical cases. As an RN, you'll be handling complex procedures such as balloon pump management, CRRT, Impella, and open hearts, often drawing labs and managing vascular access independently. This role is perfect for experienced critical care nurses who thrive on autonomy and variety, including floating across inpatient units and managing own codes.
