Job Description:

This Nuclear Medicine Technician role places you at a well-equipped facility in Presque Isle, Maine, where you will perform advanced imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment such as Siemens dual head cameras and GE IQ PET CT. Your daily tasks will involve conducting DEXA scans, cardiac scans, stress rest tests, HIDA scans, renal scans, bone scans, and PET CTs, with an average of 8-10 patients per day—though this may reduce to 5 when focusing on PET CT work. You'll work with a supportive team led by a Lead Tech and radiologists on-site, supporting quality imaging across multiple patient types, from outpatient to inpatient and emergency cases. Expect a schedule based on variable shifts, with no weekend or holiday work, and a two-week orientation to get you comfortable with the facility’s systems and protocols.
