Job Description:

This contract position is perfect for registered nurses with a passion for Labor & Delivery. You'll be responsible for caring for laboring, pre-term, and postpartum OB patients, as well as caring for newborns. Your duties will include performing vaginal and cesarean deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and monitoring fetal well-being with GE Corometric fetal monitors. Expect to work with computerized charting systems like EPIC and manage medications through Pyxis and Hospira IV pumps. The environment offers a chance to hone your skills in a specialized unit while working 12-hour night shifts. The orientation program is comprehensive, starting with mandatory attendance over two weeks.
