Job Description:

Join us as a PCU Registered Nurse in a fast-paced cardiac telemetry setting that offers a unique blend of challenging tasks and rewarding experiences. You'll be responsible for managing patients in cardiac telemetry, ER holding, medical-surgical, and step-down units, performing nursing duties such as sheath pulls, administering cardiac and insulin drips, and monitoring patients in respiratory distress up to but excluding ventilator care. The shift is night-time, requiring night owl skills, with 12-hour shifts providing a rhythm that becomes familiar quickly. Previous charge experience and work setting expertise are preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome. Expect to accept on-call duties and floating to different units as needed. Proficiency in Epic electronic health records and attire in black scrub will help you seamlessly integrate into this team. During this stint, you'll experience a setting where every shift brings new opportunities to refine your skills and make a meaningful impact.
