Job Description:

This PCU RN contract offers a hands-on experience in a variety of specialized settings including Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, MS/Tele, and Stepdown units. Expect to manage cardiac drips such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dopamine, and Nitroglycerine, along with insulin infusions and patients in respiratory distress up to but excluding ventilator care. You will be floating to different areas as needed and participating in on-call rotations. With a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, you'll play a vital role in maintaining patient stability and providing focused care during night shifts lasting 12 hours. Epic proficiency and a minimum of two years' experience are required, with prior charge experience preferred. Sheath pulls and various cardiac tasks will be part of your daily routine, making this assignment an engaging challenge for seasoned professionals seeking to expand their skills.

Location: New Albany, Indiana
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)
Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with on-call and floating responsibilities
