Job Description:

This travel RN position in Med Surg / Ortho offers an engaging opportunity to work with a diverse patient population that includes total knees, hips, shoulder replacements, COPD, diabetes, wounds, and more. The role involves participating in skill-based assessments during orientation, including a pass/fail exam and an open book skills test. RNs will focus on hourly rounding, bedside shift reports, and managing various patient needs. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, providing a chance to experience the unique atmosphere of the night team. Travelers should enjoy a fast-paced environment that calls for self-direction and adaptability, as they will float to PCU and behavioral health units as needed.
