Job Description:

Join a fast-paced inpatient acute care facility as a utilization review nurse, where you'll be the gatekeeper ensuring efficient discharge planning and patient flow. Your expertise in Cerner EMR and Interqual tools will streamline the review process, overseeing all inpatient cases requiring discharge coordination. The role involves performing utilization review as well as managing discharge planning, all within an environment that values professionalism and attention to detail. Expect to work five days a week, with days starting around 8:00 AM, offering a balanced schedule to focus on your work while exploring the city's vibrant surroundings after hours.
