As a NICU Respiratory Therapist at Altru Health System, you'll be hands-on in providing vital respiratory support to neonates in a high-stakes environment. This role involves performing evaluations, administering diagnostic and therapeutic treatments, and collaborating closely with physicians and family members. You'll also handle the disassembly and maintenance of respiratory equipment, ensuring everything is in top shape for critical care.
