Job Description:

This contract role immerses you in the bustling environment of a Level III Trauma Center with a 136-bed hospital in Grafton, WI. As a float RN with experience in general medical and surgical units, you'll navigate different MS units—ranging from General Surgical and Cardiac Neuro to Oncology and Orthopedics—providing vital support wherever needed. Your focus will be on managing post-surgical patients, interpreting cardiac rhythms, maintaining central lines, and assisting with wound and drain care. The flexible scheduling of 12-hour night shifts offers a unique opportunity to experience the hospital's diverse patient population, all while enjoying an environment that values teamwork and adaptability.
