Job Description:

Step into a specialized Neuro ICU role where your expertise in neuro assessments and bedside procedures will be vital. Working on a dedicated 8-bed neuro unit, you'll handle cases involving stroke, TBI, head injuries, and neurosurgery patients. This assignment offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts from Friday to Sunday, floating between Neuro Critical Care and MSICU units as needed. The fast-paced environment requires resilience and strong assessment skills, especially with familiarity in EVDs and ICP monitoring. You'll be contributing to patient stability and recovery through procedures like bolt and drain placements, all while managing a manageable workload of 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract.
