Job Description:

This registered nurse position in Odessa, Texas, offers a compelling opportunity to work on a 13-week contract in a busy med/surg and telemetry setting. The role requires flexibility, as you'll be floating between med/surg and tele units as needed. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with potential scheduling options including rotating 36/48-hour shifts or straight 48-hour assignments. The environment promises a fast-paced experience, where your expertise helps ensure smooth patient transitions and optimal care delivery. This assignment is ideal for highly experienced RNs who enjoy variety and are comfortable with up to 6:1 patient ratios. Travel experience is strongly preferred, adding to the adventure of this short-term journey.
