Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a PCU Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract at a facility in Midland, Texas. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, four days a week, providing vital support in a Progressive Care Unit. This role offers a chance to hone your skills in a focused environment, with nurses often describing the experience as a steady rhythm of critical thinking and teamwork. Your work will involve closely monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and responding swiftly to changes—each night offering a new challenge to keep your skills sharp. Travel experience is preferred, though not mandatory, and the start date is flexible within a 3-5 week window.
