Job Description:

This respiratory therapy contract is designed for seasoned RRTs who thrive in adult critical care settings. You will be responsible for providing advanced respiratory support during 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, at a facility renowned for its trauma level 1 services. Your role includes managing ventilator Weaning, troubleshooting high-pressure alarms, and delivering aerosol therapy via various devices. Experience with adult ICU procedures like extubation, trach care, and pulmonary hygiene is essential, along with proficiency in medication administration through inhalers, nebulizers, and aerosol setups. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in critical respiratory interventions directly impacts patient outcomes. This assignment offers a unique chance to deepen your skills in a high-acuity setting while exploring a new city.
