Job Description:

This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced PCU Registered Nurse ready to take on a mixed acuity unit that includes oncology, stroke, cardiac, gastrointestinal, and pulmonary patients. You’ll be working on a 12-hour night shift, providing care to medical patients with some PCU-level needs, including unstable strokes and BiPap patients. The role offers a chance to handle advanced treatments such as cardioversion, insulin drips, and antiarrhythmics like amio and cardizem, in a setting that values neuro expertise and clinical confidence. The unit’s diverse patient population ensures every shift offers new learning experiences in a fast-paced environment.
