Job Description:

Join the team at ThedaCare Neenah as a Neuro RN working 12-hour day shifts, where you'll be immersed in caring for neurology patients, primarily post-stroke and post-op brain or spine surgeries. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dedicated 16-bed unit focused on neuro and trauma care, with patient ratios of 1:4. Your responsibilities will include managing complex neurological cases, utilizing your ICU/IMC experience, and coordinating care for patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries and surgeries. The assignment provides a chance to sharpen your skills in stroke management and post-operative neurosurgical care, all within a supportive team environment that values resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

Job Specifics:

Location: Neenah, WI
Shift: 12-hour days (05:30 - 18:00)
