Job Description:

Join a specialized team as an Echo Technologist on a 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma Center in Tacoma. This role involves performing advanced cardiac ultrasound procedures, including bubble studies and contrast imaging, primarily focused on adult patients with conditions like structural heart issues, pre/post caths, TAVR, and CHF. You'll work four 10-hour days, with scheduled on-call shifts in the evening, providing a rhythm to your week that balances professional challenge with personal time. Floating to Good Sam as needed adds variety to your day, and you'll collaborate closely with cardiologists, hospitalists, and skilled techs in a supportive environment. The role is perfect for someone with at least two years of acute care experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for cardiovascular imaging. Expect to handle approximately eight echoes per shift, utilizing Philips Epiq and Astra machines, and to thrive in a team-focused setting that values professionalism and a good personality.
