Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse position offers a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced emergency department where you'll manage a variety of critical cases. With a focus on pediatric and adult emergencies, you'll interpret dysrhythmias, assist with intubations, and administer IV medications, including paralytics and sedation. The role involves working 12-hour midshift rotations, including every third weekend, in a facility renowned for its stroke and STEMI certifications. Expect to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team while applying your expertise across multiple emergency scenarios—from respiratory distress and head injuries to psychiatric crises and complex IV therapies. Prepare to stay sharp as you navigate a busy ER environment that keeps you engaged and ready for anything.
