Job Description:

Join a reputable hospital on a 13-week travel contract in Oklahoma City, where you will provide nursing care in a busy med/surg setting. This role involves overseeing post-surgical kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients, as well as pre-transplant evaluations. Your responsibilities include monitoring physiological responses, administering medications, assisting with minor diagnostic procedures, documenting patient responses, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Known for its lively spirit, this assignment offers a chance to work on a mixed stepdown and acute care floor, where your expertise in transplant and acute surgical care will shine. Experience in transplant, stepdown, or PCU is preferred, and this position does not include OR responsibilities.
