Job Description:

Join the Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Clinic team for a rewarding outpatient nursing role on the 6th floor. In this contract position, you will be at the forefront of patient interactions, focusing on medication reviews, patient education, and reviewing after-visit summaries. Your expertise in Epic will be essential as you manage in-basket tasks and coordinate care among patients and their caregivers. The role involves handling prescription refills, triaging calls, and collaborating with specialists like pharmacy, social work, and nutrition to ensure comprehensive care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no call, holidays, or weekends, making it a predictable and balanced assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a specialized ENT practice that addresses a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions, including audiology and surgical procedures. Your dedication and skill will make a difference in patients’ lives while working in a supportive and professional environment.
