Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Emergency Room team in Bismarck, where you’ll be providing critical care during 12-hour night shifts. This role involves managing a diverse patient population—from pediatrics to geriatrics—with a variety of diagnoses such as strokes, STEMIs, respiratory issues, abdominal pain, and trauma cases. The setting features a Level II trauma area with 21 beds and a dedicated verticle flow zone, allowing you to work in a dynamic environment that encourages clinical expertise and adaptability. You’ll have the opportunity to handle critical drips like vasopressors, heparin, and antiarrhythmics, supporting stable and unstable patients alike. The ER operates with a team-centered approach, including charge nurses, ED techs, and in-house security, all working together to deliver efficient care without direct patient contact.
