Job Description:

This RN role in Bismarck, ND, involves working in a Medsurg/Onc unit with a focus on oncology, including chemotherapy administration. The position combines hands-on patient care with monitoring patients on ventilators, BiPAP, and other equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses such as strokes, CHF, COPD, and various surgical and behavioral conditions. Trip the light fantastic through the patient care routines and enjoy the rewarding challenge of handling titratable drips like Lasix and Heparin, with optional experience in trach and BiPAP management. The unit boasts a family-oriented culture, vigilant nurse aides, and a supportive charge nurse on each shift, all working together to provide quality care in a collaborative environment.
