Job Description:

Join us as a PET Technologist in Charleston, where you'll carry out PET/CT scans primarily using Siemens equipment. This role involves operating advanced imaging technology in a busy radiology department, with your days filled with performing scans that help diagnose complex medical conditions. The schedule features 8-hour days, working five days a week, with varying start times from 6:30am to 10am and ending between 3pm and 7pm. No holidays are scheduled, but on-call duties and Saturday scans may be required during busy periods. This position offers a unique chance to work within a teaching hospital environment where your expertise supports cutting-edge diagnostic imaging in a Level I and Level II trauma setting. Radiation badges must be supplied by the agency, and necessary certifications include NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N), NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT), BLS, and State License (SCRQSA). Travelers should expect to float within the radiology service lines as needed, with local candidates considered on a case-by-case basis.
