Job Description:

Join this rewarding travel RMN role on a 12-week assignment where you'll work in a specialized IMC unit focusing on cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery patients. This position involves 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 to 19:00, providing ample opportunity to experience the fast-paced environment of a 16-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4. You'll be actively involved in caring for diverse patients, including those recovering from CABG, valve surgeries, or requiring cath lab procedures such as PCI or treatment for arrhythmias. This role offers a chance to apply your skills in telemetry, EKG interpretation, and cardiology-specific procedures, all while floating within scope to meet the needs of the facility and sister units. The unit emphasizes safe staffing based on patient acuity, making your expertise vital to delivering quality care in a challenging yet fulfilling setting.
