Job Description:

This contract position offers an engaging opportunity for experienced surgical technologists to join a Cath Lab and EP lab team. As part of this role, you'll be scrubbed in for procedures such as PCI, Impella placements, TAVRs, Watchman device insertions, EP studies, ablations, pacemaker and ICD insertions, Bi-V grafts, AAA endografts, and peripheral interventions. Your day will involve monitoring the evolving landscape of cardiothoracic procedures, ensuring seamless workflow alongside the medical team. The assignment involves working 8-hour night shifts across the duration, providing a unique chance to gain specialized experience in a fast-paced lab setting. Unique aspects of this contract include on-call responsibilities two days weekly and every other weekend, as well as holidays. Success in this role requires familiarity with Siemens X-ray, McKesson Hemo, EPIC, and holding certifications such as NDMIRT, RCIS, or RT(R). Expect to wear hospital-provided scrubs and contribute directly to successful outcomes in complex interventions.
