Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a busy Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) where you'll be working 12-hour night shifts. As part of the team, you'll manage a variety of complex pediatric cases, including respiratory issues, traumas, and neurological emergencies. The role requires hands-on experience with intubated patients, running drips, and managing sedations and ICPs. You'll draw your own labs and interpret telemetry strips, supporting critical pediatric patients through high-stakes situations. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to refine your skills in a fast-paced environment while staying flexible to the needs of the team, including occasional floating to related units. If you're a seasoned PICU nurse comfortable with leadership responsibilities, such as taking on charge nurse duties or adjusting to last-minute changes, this position will keep you engaged and challenged.
