Job Description:

This surgical technologist role places you right in the heart of the operating room, supporting a variety of minimally invasive, general, ENT, orthopedic, vascular, and podiatric procedures. You'll be instrumental in preparing, organizing, and ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for action. During surgeries, you'll assist the surgical team by passing instruments, holding retractors, and maintaining a smooth workflow, all while wearing a professional yet approachable attitude. No two days are alike—one day you might be setting up for a complex orthopedic case, and the next, assisting with a vascular procedure. Your expertise keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, making a real difference in patient outcomes and surgical success.
