Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 13-week travel contract located on a surgical floor that now also cares for oncology patients. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, providing post-surgical recovery care, managing medication administration including epidural and PCA, wound care, chest tubes, and PICC lines. While oncology patients are seen on this floor, travelers will not be responsible for chemotherapy unless explicitly stated. The environment is organized with a supportive staff, including CNAs and unit leadership, and utilizes Meditech electronic medical records. Expect to orient across various units, with the possibility of extension or converting to full-time. This assignment is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses seeking a fast-paced yet rewarding experience in Montana. Be prepared to work with a mix of surgical and medical patients, handling responsibilities that keep your skills sharp and your day engaging.
