Job Description:

Join this MS/Tele Registered Nurse contract on a surgical unit known for handling a variety of cases including trauma, post bariatric, abdominal, amputation, and urological surgeries. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, starting ASAP, providing essential care in a 46-bed unit that also manages overflow medical and cardiac patients. The role involves maintaining patient safety during high-acuity situations, with ratios typically between 1:5-6, which may temporarily increase with call-ins. Be prepared for a lively environment where your expertise will keep the unit running smoothly, especially as the team expands support roles like PCTs. You'll get the chance to really hone your skills in a fast-paced, surgical setting while enjoying a schedule that guarantees 36 hours per week over an approximately 13-week assignment.
