Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract in a Progressive Care Unit specializing in Cardiac and Pulmonary cases, with a focus on vent management. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing critical support to patients with complex needs. The setting offers a chance to apply your expertise in EPIC documentation and coordinate care for patients requiring close monitoring and ventilator management. Expect to work every other weekend and assist with holidays as needed, with float shifts in PCU, IMC, or Med Surg to ensure flexibility and comprehensive experience. This assignment is ideal for RNs with two or more years of PCU/IMC experience and vent familiarity, ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
