Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care, you will be floating between general medical and surgical units, caring for a diverse adult patient population with diagnoses ranging from chronic illnesses like COPD, Diabetes, and CHF to infections such as pneumonia, sepsis, and UTI. You’ll handle procedures including colonoscopies, thoracentesis, and minor surgeries, performing assessments, care planning, and managing IV therapy, wound vacs, and various monitoring equipment. This role offers the chance to experience a broad spectrum of medical conditions, with a focus on teamwork and adaptability. Expect to navigate complex cases in a fast-paced setting while providing high-quality care that keeps patients comfortable and informed.
