Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse on a 13-week assignment where you'll be the go-to expert for emergency department care during your shifts. In this role, you'll be responsible for applying your knowledge of evidence-based practices, efficiently managing clinical procedures like IV insertions, Foley catheter placements, and wound dressings, and effectively educating patients and their families. You'll also be adept at monitoring telemetry, vent management, and medication administration, all while recognizing subtle changes in patient conditions. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to float to med-surg and Telemetry units when not engaged in ED holding, providing variety and flexibility in your daily tasks. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, coupled with your proactive approach and professional appearance, will shine in this dynamic environment.
