Job Description:

Join this rewarding Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN contract in La Plata, Maryland, where you will be essential in supporting a community hospital's maternity services. This night shift position involves a 36-hour weekly commitment over 13 weeks, with three 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. As an L&D RN, you'll work in a facility that manages around 50 to 60 deliveries monthly, caring for patients from neonates to adults, including some with early gestational ages. Your responsibilities include circulating, catching babies, and working across various areas such as LDR, GYN, and the Level 1 Well Baby Nursery. Emphasizing a collaborative team approach, this role offers the chance to gain diverse experience in a community setting while utilizing your NCC C-EFM certification.
