Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work overnight 12-hour night shifts in a busy ICU/IMC setting. As an experienced RN, you will be responsible for managing a 10-bed unit with a patient ratio of approximately 1:2 in ICU and 1:3 to 1:4 in IMC. You'll navigate EPIC charting systems and float to other units like Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk as needed. The role is designed for seasoned professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with variable shift requirements, including scheduled floating and potential responses to low census hours. This assignment provides a chance to sharpen your critical care skills while experiencing the unique rhythms of the community center.
