Job Description:

Join a valued outpatient physical therapy team on a 13-week contract based in Rhinelander. This role offers the opportunity to work in a setting where you'll see approximately 8 to 10 patients per day in both outpatient ortho and acute inpatient units. You'll enjoy 8-hour flexible day shifts with the possibility of working 8 to 10 hours, and there may be 1-2 weekends required during the duration of the assignment. The unique aspect of this position is the chance to float to other hospitals in the north region, providing variety and new experiences along the way. The team values resilience, independence, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional, business casual attire. Support is available, but independence is encouraged—perfect for a social yet self-directed therapist. The contract features guaranteed 40 hours per week, with some low census hours that are unbillable, and the ability to work with Epic charting systems. This assignment is ideal for a general PT or ortho-skilled clinician looking to make a positive impact in a community-focused setting.
