Job Description:

Join a fast-paced outpatient clinic as a Vascular Access RN on the Vascular Access Team, specializing in IV therapy and port management. You'll work alongside four other Port RNs, handling approximately 19+ patient visits daily. Your role will include performing lab draws, utilizing Huber needles, and managing implanted vascular access devices such as ports, PICC lines, and midline catheters. The position offers the opportunity to refine your skills in aseptic techniques, device stability, site evaluation, and troubleshooting vascular access issues, all while supporting patient education on procedures and post-insertion care. Navy scrubs are required, and a minimum of one year experience is essential—three years preferred—with about 80 hours of orientation provided to help you settle in and excel in this dynamic setting.
