Job Description:

This surgical technologist role involves selecting and organizing instruments, supplies, and equipment to support surgical procedures in the operating room. You'll be responsible for preparing case carts, passing instruments during surgeries, and ensuring all sterile supplies are properly managed. A sense of anticipation is key as you'll work closely with surgeons, retracting tissue and operating equipment to facilitate smooth procedures. Maintaining aseptic technique and adhering to safety protocols are essential aspects of the job. This assignment offers the chance to stay sharp in a fast-paced environment while supporting surgical teams during 12-hour day shifts.
