Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves caring for the most vulnerable infants, including those born as early as 22 weeks, with responsibilities encompassing a variety of specialized procedures such as therapeutic hypothermia, nitric oxide therapy, and the management of devices like Broviacs and Trachs. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a focus on supporting premature and surgical infants within a Level 3 or 4 Intermediate Care Nursery. This assignment offers the opportunity to gain experience in a high-acuity setting that accepts first-time travelers and provides a self-scheduling system based on unit needs. Please note that RTO (Request Time Off) is not permitted after booking, and any call-offs or additional RTO requests could result in cancellation. If you thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment and have at least three years of NICU experience in a Level 3 or 4 ICU, this is a unique chance to advance your career while providing critical care to infants during a pivotal time in their development.
