Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a facility servicing internal medicine patients with a diverse range of diagnoses. This 12-hour night shift role offers an engaging experience working on a busy, well-equipped unit that includes amenities such as ceiling lifts, bariatric rooms, and the ability to monitor patients via video. You will float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units, providing critical support during overnight hours. Expect an active role that involves ambulating, reaching, and handling objects over 20 lbs, with a focus on maintaining safety and efficiency in a hospital environment open 24/7. This position emphasizes flexibility, requiring rotation through nights, weekends, and about half of the holidays during the 13-week assignment. Ideal for candidates with roughly 1.5 to 2 years of M/S experience, this role welcomes first-time travelers and non-local applicants. BLS certification is required, CPI is preferred. The shift offers a total of approximately 36 hours per week, with a total gross weekly pay of around $1,858.91, providing a rewarding opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a supportive setting.
