Job Description:

Join a specialized IMC unit as an experienced registered nurse, where your skills in patient stabilization and critical observation are essential. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, giving you a chance to experience the unique quiet and calm of overnight hours while providing essential care for patients in the progressive care/step-down setting. You'll be expected to successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with at least 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms, ensuring you're prepared for the complex cardiac rhythms you'll encounter. With flotation duties across Tele and MS units, you'll need to be adaptable and ready to step into various roles as operational needs evolve. Every other weekend coverage helps balance work and personal time, and your two years of PCU/IMC/Stepdown experience will contribute to a smooth, effective team. This 13-week assignment is perfect for first-time travelers looking to expand their skills and experience in an engaging and supportive environment.
