Job Description:

Join this 13-week assignment in the Operating Room at MC Plano, where you'll support a busy surgical unit specializing in Neuro/Spine, Orthopedic trauma and joint procedures, Robotics, Plastics, and Level 1 Trauma cases. The role involves working 12-hour midnight shifts from 11a to 11p, with an average of 36 hours per week. Expect to be part of a team with over 85 staff members, handling a patient ratio of 1:1, and providing crucial assistance during complex surgeries. The position requires flexibility for on-call duties, which include evening and overnight call options, adding an element of unpredictable excitement to your schedule.
